Service Description
Phone Consultations allow Clients to have a one-on-one conversation by phone with a potential Sitter for their fur-baby(s). Both parties have an opportunity to discuss the history of the Client’s fur-baby(s), and the needs or requests for their fur-baby(s). Service is provided at no charge. Minimum of 10 minutes talk time.
Cancellation Policy
Please Note for Canceling / Rescheduling Bookings: Full-Time Sitters have prescheduled Bookings already in place a week in advance for their regular weekly clients. To Cancel or Reschedule Bookings on the same day please contact your Sitter directly. Please Note for Booking Requests: All Booking Requests must be confirmed by the Sitter for their availability.
